You arrive with ten minutes of your own voice and a rough idea. You leave with something finished, published, and priced — not notes, not a plan, not homework.

The gap nobody helps you across

The worksheet gets you to a recording. That is genuinely the hard part, and most people never do it.

But a recording is not a product. It is forty minutes of you talking, and somewhere inside it is the thing people would pay for. Getting from one to the other is where almost everybody stops — not from laziness, but because nobody has ever shown them the steps.

That is the whole of what this programme does. No theory about artificial intelligence. No motivation. We take what you already said and we finish it.

What actually happens

  1. You bring the raw material

    The four lists, and one ten-minute recording. If you have old documents, slides, WhatsApp explanations or training notes, bring those too. Most people have far more than they think.

  2. We find what is actually in there

    Your recording gets transcribed and worked through properly. The stories, the principles, the rules you follow without naming them. This is the part where people hear their own expertise described back to them and do not quite recognise it.

  3. I interview you where it is thin

    Every first recording has gaps. You will say something is important and not say why. You will mention a case and skip what actually happened. The questions are the work here, and they are the reason this is not something you can do alone with a chatbot.

  4. We build the structure

    Who it is for, what it promises, what order it goes in, where each piece belongs. You approve every decision. Nothing gets written that you did not say.

  5. You finish one rung

    A guide, a short course, or the first real chapter — whichever fits what you brought. Finished. In your own voice. Yours to sell.

  6. You price it and put it somewhere

    What to charge, how to take payment, and where it lives so people can find it. A finished thing nobody can buy is still a hobby.

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • You have five years or more of doing something properly
  • People already come to you for the same advice, repeatedly and for free
  • You would rather talk for an hour than write for an hour
  • You have thought about a book, a course or a guide and never started

  • You are looking for a way to make money without having anything to say
  • You want somebody to write it for you while you stay out of it
  • You are hoping artificial intelligence will supply the expertise

Honest about where this is

The first group has not run yet. I am keeping it small on purpose, because the interview step does not scale and it is the part that makes the difference.
